Introduction

Folder colorer is easy-to-use and userful folder icon changer. With it, you can use hotkey or via "Send to" to quickly change icon of any folder except of drivers.

If you collect many beautiful icons, and let them lie on your hard disk. Why not use them as icon of frequent folder?

Features

• Change icons of  multi folders
• PNG file as folder icon: Folder Colorer will auto convert .png into .ico, and set the .ico file as folder icon.
• Search icons: Search .exe and .ico files in target folder, you can pick up a icon as folder icon in the search result.
• Select a exe/icon: quickly pick up a icon in any other folder.
• Remove icon: remove dislike folder icon.
• All function support hotkey, you can change them what you like.
• Via "Send To" to launch folder colorer: use it when folder colorer wasn't runing.

How to use

1. Launch Folder Colorer
2. Select any folder in the explorer
3. Press defaut hotkey: win-alt-c
4. Select a icon. Or
   • If you want to use a .png file as icon, click "Select A Pic". Folder Colorer will auto convert it into .ico, and set the .ico file as folder icon.
   • "Search Icon(s)", Folder Colorer will Search all icons(.ico file and stored in exe)and  in the target.
   • "Select a Exe/Icon", Folder Colorer will display open file dialog, rootdir is the target folder.
   • "Remove Icon", it will remove icon of the target folder.

How to add icons into Folder Colorer？

Make some new directories in this folder "Folder colorer 3.5\Icons", and copy your icon into them.
